- To oversee discipline resources across all packages needing civils inputs. Responsible for ensuring Civil infrastructure is delivered and configured to deliver performance which meets the railway service requirements mandated to NEOM Projects for the Spine and NICC transportation services including HS passenger rail, Metro and Freight Services Interface and assist other Neom Projects discipline managers in compilation of Design submissions, programme updates, updates to Programme and in the assurance process execution. Interfacing with other Neom sectors (particularly Mobility and Freight & Logistics) whose works may impact on the Neom Project works and to support agreement on technical interfaces.
