Civil Supervisor

Dubai Enterprises Properties L.L.C is a leading Facilities Services company based in Dubai, UAE, seeking a dedicated Civil Supervisor to join our team. As a Civil Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating construction projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and up to standard.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage construction activities on-site.

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.

- Schedule and monitor daily activities and progress of construction projects.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.

- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

Requirements & Skills:

- 3–5 years of experience in civil construction supervision.

- Proficient in project management software and MS Office suite.

- Strong knowledge of construction processes and materials.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in construction management.

- Experience working in the UAE construction industry.
