Civil Supervisor

manglgih, a leading Facilities Services company in Abu Dhabi, UAE, is seeking a dedicated Civil Supervisor to oversee and coordinate construction projects. As a Civil Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of various civil engineering tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise construction projects from conception to completion.

- Coordinate and oversee construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

- Monitor project progress and ensure timelines are met.

- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and architects to address project requirements.

- Inspect project sites regularly to evaluate work quality and progress.

- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports and permits.

- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction projects.

Requirements & Skills:

- 3–5 years of experience in civil construction or a related field.

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant discipline.

- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment.

- Excellent project management and leadership skills.

- Proficiency in project management tools and software.

- Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Sound understanding of safety regulations and quality standards.

- Experience working on large-scale construction projects.
