Civil Site Supervisor

Civil Engineer is responsible to develop and implements strategies and programs to enhance plant availability and to reduce operating and maintenance costs; this includes the application of new technology. Also provide technical support for engineering construction and commissioning of Civil structural architectural activities including foundation integrity.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Participate in refinery and petrochemical units Flawless project delivery stat up Operation philosophy and operation general instruction.
• Provide technical support for petrochemical units operation readiness precommissioning and commissioning including startup philosophy and spare part requirements
• Participate in petrochemical units Performance Acceptance Test (PAT) Reliability Availability Maintainability (RAM) study.
• Design and analyze structural systems for oil and gas projects ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects contractors and other engineers to ensure project success
  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have 7 years experience (minimum) and be competent onshore/offshore Civil Engineers
• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
• Experience working on largescale projects in the oil and gas industry
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
