Civil Foreman

We are looking for a skilled Civil Foreman who will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all civil maintenance repair and renovation works across buildings and facilities. The role ensures that structural masonry carpentry painting and finishing tasks are executed according to safety quality and company standards while managing teams of technicians and coordinating with other departments for smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead civil maintenance teams in carrying out daily repair refurbishment and improvement works.

• Oversee masonry concrete tiling carpentry and painting activities across facilities.

• Ensure all tasks are completed according to standards drawings and maintenance plans.

• Plan and supervise preventive maintenance schedules for building structures floors walls and external areas.

• Inspect facilities to identify defects such as cracks leaks and structural wear.

• Ensure corrective maintenance and repair works are completed promptly and efficiently

• Follow up on required maintenance works for existing buildings and submit periodic maintenance status reports.

• Monitor workmanship and ensure all civil activities meet company quality and safety standards.

• Conduct safety briefings and ensure proper use of tools and personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Plan and allocate manpower tools and materials based on daily maintenance requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 68 years of experience in civil maintenance or facility operations

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Building Maintenance or related field.

• Strong understanding of building structures finishing works and civil repair techniques.

• Good leadership planning and problem-solving skills.
