Civil Engineering Civil Project Manager - KonAlCo Project Management

The Role
We are seeking a skilled Project manager / Civil Engineering to join our project management team in Kezad Abu Dhabi UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development of a logistic warehouse. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles and regulations along with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with contractor and project teams. Main responsibilities: Supervising the construction of a new logistic hub Preparation of daily project management reports Reviewing drawings and providing feedback Reviewing material submittals and providing feedback Reviewing project schedule Daily meetings with contractor making sure that upcoming work are well planned & prepared

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Preferably proven experience in working on a variety of civil engineering projects with a focus on warehouse or industrial developments. Indepth knowledge of engineering principles building codes and regulations Good in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools Strong analytical and problemsolving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a strong focus on client satisfaction Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment UAE driving license is a must If you have a car is a big advantage

Careful analysis of the requirements of the project and accurate preconstruction planning and programming followed by detailed weekly reporting of actual construction progress by our Project Control Managers results in our clients being kept fully up to date with the progress of their Projects.
