Educational Qualifications: The applicant must have a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field. A higher degree such as a master's in civil engineering may give an added advantage.
Technical Knowledge: The applicant must be familiar with the basics of civil engineering and structural design principles, including the design of roads, bridges, buildings, and sewerage and water systems.
Technical Skills: The candidate must have strong technical skills in using civil engineering related software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000, and others.
