DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design and engineer high-performance facade systems, considering structural integrity, thermal performance, material specification, and sustainability.
• Use software tools for structural analysis, thermal modeling, and facade design.
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and project managers to integrate facade solutions into overall building design.
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Conduct site inspections and facade condition assessments.
• Provide technical guidance during the construction phase to ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in facade engineering and sustainability.
