- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and meet revenue targets
- Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales and marketing campaigns
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of the sales team
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
