This position is on-site in Houston,

Duties and Responsibilities

• Answer majority of incoming calls, directing calls, taking messages and following up on daily voice mails; Communicate with customers via Phone and
  
• Greet walk-in customers and be able to assist them or direct to proper
  
• Learn Printsmith Order Entry and Estimating
  
• Process New and repeat orders for a variety of smaller
  
• Assist General Manager with Printsmith estimates as
  
• Promote and assist with the following services that Blanc provides:
  Online customer portals via My Order Desk, branded apparel and promotional items, direct mail, marketing and branding services for small businesses (includes design, print and digital strategies).
• Be willing to learn about our niche product -Durable Documents and identify prospective clients for it
  
• Processing orders from website and phone orders
  
• Be willing to assist management in these areas as needed so that you become familiar and will be able to offer these services to customers in future: Mailing Services, Fulfillment services, Shipping E-commerce
  
• Become familiar with various software programs we use to process these
  
  
  

Requirements

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  
• 1-2 years of experience in the print industry or graphic design preferred
  
• Computer literacy and basic Microsoft Office Suite knowledge
  
• Excellent communication skills and Customer Service
  
• Willingness to learn new software
  

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift 25-60 lbs
  
• Ability to stand and move around the work area for long periods of
