As a flexible Project Quality Assurance Lead, you will review, audit and monitor the
implementation of the project quality plan and procedures and liaise with the auditing team.

If you were already in this QA role, here are some of the areas you would have been working in
this week:
➔ Reviewing, auditing and monitoring the implementation of the project quality plan and
procedures
➔ Coordinating the establishment, implementation and, maintenance of the Project
inspection and test programs and associated witness point(s) time schedule
➔ Promoting good quality through team training sessions and benchmark activities
➔ Effecting good communication with block managers and package owners and reporting
to Quality Management
➔ Creating work pack trackers in CDE for the project and ensuring contractors deliver the
project to the highest standard on schedule.

To apply for this Quality Manager role, you will need an engineering or trade qualification in an
electrical discipline and 5 years of experience in a QA lead role. You will also require the
following:
➔ Experience managing construction teams
➔ Recent experience working on large-scale industrial projects
➔ Ability to work well under pressure and within strict deadlines
➔ Excellent inclusive communication, organisational and planning skills
➔ A confident, creative, and energetic approach to addressing all quality-related issues.
