- Oversee and manage all concierge operations within the hotel.
- Provide exceptional customer service and personalized assistance to guests.
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, assisting with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Offer recommendations and information on local attractions, dining options, and entertainment.
- Arrange transportation services for guests, including airport transfers and car rentals.
- Coordinate guest requests and preferences, such as restaurant reservations and spa appointments
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the hotel's facilities, services, and policies.
- Train and develop the concierge team, ensuring high service standards.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments for a seamless guest experience.
