Develop and implement effective lesson plans and instructional materials that align with the curriculum standards for higher secondary chemistry courses.
Deliver engaging and interactive classroom presentations to facilitate student understanding of complex chemistry concepts, including topics such as stoichiometry, chemical kinetics, and thermodynamics.
Conduct laboratory experiments and demonstrations to reinforce theoretical concepts and develop students' practical skills in chemical analysis and experimentation.
Assess student learning through a variety of methods, including tests, quizzes, projects, and laboratory reports, and provide timely feedback to support academic progress.
