Chef De Partie - Baker

• Supervise and control the work of the kitchen personnel in Bakery section and assist with overseeing the daily operation of the kitchen
• Ensure food portioning, serving, requisitions and receiving from stores are properly controlled
• Maintain a close and positive relationship with the team
• Maintain a high standard of all food preparation and service according to the standards required by the management
  

We Are Looking For Someone Who

• Has a Diploma / Certification in Culinary or equivalent
• Has an experience in a luxury hotel culinary business as Chef De Partie in Bakery section
• Is passionate, creative, attention to details
• Committed to serving food of the highest quality
• A self-starter and a teamplayer
• Communicates and writes with fluency in English (and local language)
• Willing to work shifts
