Training and coordinating with workstream contact in change
management and methods that will help to create and
internal change management framework and external
behavior change and feature adaption.
• Work with change management teams to develop training
content and knowledge sharing resources.
• Provide project management support including project
planning, scheduling and status reporting.
• Conducting analyses to determine the operational impact of
the new features of the deliverable.
