5. Manage the operations and maintenance team to ensure timely production and distribution to quality standards, high standardization and optimal production costs.

6. Responsible for developing and implementing annual operating plans.

7. Supervises the development and implementation of capital spending plans.

8. Review cost reports to find excess expenses and take necessary corrective measures.

9. Preparing short and long-term development plans.

10. Setting goals that reflect continuous improvement in factory operations.

11. Proactively manage employee health and safety to improve the company’s performance in the areas of health and safety. 12. Training and development of supervisors to provide depth of management; Providing motivation and promoting professional development for all employees.

13. Review requests and make decisions regarding the purchase of new equipment and supplies.
