Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on cooking appliances, refrigeration units, ovens, dishwashers, and other kitchen equipment.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to identify and address equipment issues promptly.
- Address any plumbing, electrical, or structural issues that may arise in the facility.
- Work closely with chefs and kitchen staff to understand their specific needs for equipment functionality.
- Provide technical support during high-demand periods or special events.
