- Gather financial information during the pitching phase and ensure allocation to the team on site
- Coordinate regularly with budget controllers to ensure the compliance with KSA tax rules and laws regarding the documentation (invoices, quotes) submitted by suppliers
- Monitor and analyse financial information (e.g. Expenditures, and cash management) to ensure all operations are within budget
- Track cash flow and coordinate office-related expenses and Petty Cash with the relevant functions to ensure expenses are tracked and paid timely
- Upload and track budget within the ERP system and play an active role regarding system improvements
