Roles & Responsibilities
Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
help with mobility, transfers, and positioning, ensuring the safety and comfort of clients.
Administer medications and assist with medication management under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging in meaningful conversations and activities.
Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as meal preparation, laundry, and tidying up living spaces.
Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to the supervising nurse or care coordinator.
Accompany clients to medical appointments and run errands as needed.
