1. Prepares Annual and Monthly Plan for Job Request Servicing Record the call received from by Helpdesk Operator.
2. Prepares Monthly Schedule & Status Monitoring reports
3. Provide data required for Facilities PlanningB. Implementation & Monitoring
4. Handle Job order request by Block/Units from Tornado’ staff/Workers Residential Complex Occupants.
5. Handle also includes the common areas equipment’s of Tornado’ Staff/ Workers Residential Complex.6. Implement Job Order Plan & Review the Actual Schedule
