Job Overview

We are looking for a Call Center Listing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming enquiry calls assisting clients with their queries and guiding them professionally throughout the call.

This role is suitable for both freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are confident well-spoken and comfortable communicating with clients over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming enquiry calls from clients and potential customers.

• Respond to client enquiries professionally and courteously.

• Understand clients requirements and provide relevant information.

• Guide clients through the enquiry process over the phone.

• Provide accurate information regarding property listings availability and basic details.

• Transfer or coordinate enquiries with the concerned team when required.

• Maintain a professional and friendly attitude while communicating with clients.

• Record and update the enquiry details accurately.

• Attend calls promptly and ensure a positive client experience.

• Follow company procedures and maintain proper records of client enquiries.

Requirements

• Fluent in Arabic or English.

• Own Visa Preferred but not mandatory

• Excellent communication and listening skills.

• Comfortable and confident attending to phone calls.

• Customer-service-oriented and professional in communication.

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM/software systems.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Previous call centers customer service or real estate experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
