Job Summary
Responsible for performing all aspects of Telecommunications services to achieve the highest possible guest satisfaction in accordance with the Resorts standards.
Requirement
Secondary / High school education.
Previous experience as a telephone operator within a hotel/Resort - desired
Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language. Ability to speak other languages will be an advantage
Knowledge of centralized telephone systems.
Skills in the operation of telephone equipment.
