Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the CAFM system
Provide technical support to end users on CAFM software and hardware issues
Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems within the organization
Train staff on how to use the CAFM system effectively
Coordinate with external vendors for system upgrades and maintenance
Ensure data security and integrity within the CAFM system
Develop and implement IT policies and procedures
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
