Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our Technology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements system functionalities workflows and integrations across the companys digital platforms.
The Business Systems Analyst will act as a bridge between business stakeholders developers QA and technical teams ensuring that business requirements are clearly understood documented and translated into effective and practical system solutions.
- Gather analyze and document business and system requirements.
- Prepare BRDs FRDs User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
- Analyze systems modules workflows and business processes.
- Identify system gaps issues dependencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Create Process Flows As-Is / To-Be Workflows and system diagrams.
- Analyze APIs integrations webhooks and data flows.
- Work with developers and QA teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
- Prepare and support UAT scenarios and functional testing.
- Analyze systems such as CRM PBX WhatsApp HRMS Portals Websites and Mobile Applications.
- Maintain accurate and updated system and process documentation.
- Coordinate with business and technical teams throughout the development process.
Required Skills:
Bachelor degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Information Systems or a related field. 45 years of experience in Business Analysis Systems Analysis or a similar role. Strong understanding of business processes and software systems. Experience working with developers QA and technical teams. Strong analytical problem-solving documentation and communication skills. Knowledge of requirements gathering workflow analysis UAT and functional testing. Basic understanding of APIs REST JSON/XML and SQL. Experience with Jira Confluence Postman Swagger/OpenAPI and Excel/Google Sheets is preferred. Experience with SaaS CRM Real Estate Technology Cloud Applications or system integrations is an advantage.
