- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years experience with content creation (not social media) – one pagers, training decks, PowerPoints, etc
- 3+ years bank experience, project management, business support or other data control environment
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft software (Excel, Word, Power Point) including advanced excel functions such as pivot tables, Vlookup and Microsoft Visual Basic (VBA)
