Job Overview:

The Business Process Excellence Manager will be responsible for leading efforts to optimize business processes enhance operational efficiency and drive organizational excellence. This role will involve collaborating with crossfunctional teams to identify opportunities for improvement implementing best practices and measuring performance metrics to ensure continuous progress.


Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of process improvement strategies methodologies and tools to drive operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify process inefficiencies bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes workflows and systems to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Design and implement process improvement initiatives ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure process performance and track improvement over time.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders throughout the process improvement lifecycle.
  • Facilitate workshops training sessions and other initiatives to promote process excellence and build organizational capabilities.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across the organization.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices emerging trends and new technologies related to process improvement and operational excellence.

Requirements


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management Engineering or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in business process improvement process engineering or related roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading process improvement initiatives and delivering measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse complex processes and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Excellent project management skills including the ability to prioritise tasks manage timelines and coordinate crossfunctional teams.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma Kaizen or Business Process Re engineering.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt preferred.
  • Proficiency in process mapping and visualisation tools (e.g. Visio Lucidchart Bizagi Camunda ARIS Creatio) and project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project JIRA).
