Job Description

- Coordinating within logistics, warehouse, and customer services.
- Liaise with receiving team for incoming shipments for any urgent orders and coordinate with warehouse operations for earliest delivery.
- Assist in receiving local PO and handling drop shipment orders.
- Read appropriate warehouse documentation to determine items to be moved, gathered or distributed or shipped.
- Assist shipping team with any sort of documentation requirements for operations.
- Handling Shipping OSD’s, lead follow up and resolve Customer concerns.
- Performing clerical duties and maintaining accurate order records and files of daily activities.
- Ensure interdepartmental communication for improved coordination of productive operations.
- Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
- Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedure.
