- Business and Brand Development:
- Develop and execute strategic plans for brand development and business growth in the UAE.
- Implement and manage marketing and sales strategies to enhance brand visibility and market share.
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competition to identify opportunities and threats.
- Local and International Expansion:
- Lead the expansion efforts for the business within the UAE and explore international markets.
- Evaluate potential markets, establish partnerships, and oversee the opening of new retail outlets both locally and internationally.
- Ensure consistent brand representation across all locations.
- Retail Operations:
- Oversee the management of the retail stores across the UAE, ensuring optimal performance.
- Monitor inventory, sales, and customer service to maintain high standards.
- Collaborate with the operations team to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Team Leadership:
- Manage and lead a team of professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Foster a positive work culture and ensure staff are aligned with the company's goals.
- Language Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluent in Hindi and English.
- Preferably holds a Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Possesses a valid UAE driving license.
