- Business development in a recruitment agency
- Proven ability to acquire, service and maintain customers
- Proven ability to source, assess, and hire qualified professionals based on skills, knowledge and experience
- 360 recruitment experience (managing both recruitment and generating business through different business development methodologies)
- Track record of closing roles of varying seniority levels, including executive positions
- Proven record of exceeding targets and expanding client database
- Must have experience in hiring roles within one or more of the following industries – Automotive, Hospitality and Logistics
- Fluency in English, spoken and written, is a MUST; Arabic is an advantage
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Develop client relationships and achieve stretched targets
