We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Business Development Associate to be a part of our Sales team. You should be able to research and identify new business opportunities. Besides you should be able to develop sales pitches and effective business plans. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining longlasting relationships with clients.
You should be detailoriented and able to conduct sales analysis. You should also be able to organise networking events. You will be coordinating with the Business Development Representative in creating sales and promotional materials.
As a Business Development Representative you should be aware of the latest industry developments and practices. Moreover you should be highly motivated and familiar with various CRM software. Your ability to manage stressful situations and your deadlinedriven attitude will work to your advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Meeting the business goals and objectives
- Conducting market research and analysing competitor activities
- Identifying and contacting potential clients
- Building and maintaining long lasting business relationships with clients
- Updating client and lead information in the respective databases
- Developing and implementing business growth strategies
- Preparing and presenting client retention plans
- Monitoring and analyzing sales data
- Reporting and coordinating the daytoday activities with the Business Development Manager
- Assisting the Business Development Coordinator in preparing sales pitches
- Planning and drafting business plans
- Helping in the creation of promotional and sales materials
- Organizing and attending networking events
- Addressing any client queries in a timely and professional manner
- Creating accurate and detailed sales reports
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in business management Business Administration Marketing Finance or a related field
- Digital Currency trading / Cryptocurrency Swaping experience shall be an advantage.
- 25 years of work experience as a Business Development Associate Business Development Representative Business Development Coordinator or a similar role in the Sales department
- Knowledge of the ongoing market conditions and latest developments
- Familiarity with CRM software like HubSpot and Zoho
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good analytical and problemsolving skills
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Having an eye for detail
- Ability to manage stressful situations and strict deadlines
