Job Summary
We arecurrently looking to connect with Business Development Managers for a growing healthcare solutions business expanding its presence in Saudi Arabia.
The opportunity is ideal for a commercially driven B2B sales professional who enjoys hunting for new business building senior-level relationships and independently closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new healthcare clients across Saudi Arabia.
- Build relationships with hospitals healthcare groups and medical institutions.
- Engage with key decision-makers including CHROs Chief Nursing Officers HR Directors and Nursing Directors.
- Understand nursing workforce requirements and present tailored healthcare staffing and nursing solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and client meetings to negotiations and deal closure.
- Develop a strong sales pipeline and consistently deliver against business development targets.
What Were Looking For:
- Proven B2B sales and new business development experience in the Saudi Arabian market.
- A strong track record of independently winning new clients and closing commercial deals.
- Experience selling healthcare solutions staffing recruitment workforce solutions or related B2B services is highly preferred.
- Established relationships with hospitals healthcare groups or senior healthcare decision-makers in KSA.
- Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly to Saudi Arabia for client meetings.
