Job Description
Capital Engineering Consultancy is looking for an experienced and results-driven **Business Development Manager (Female)** to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in business development within an engineering consultancy with proven experience in residential industrial and commercial building projects.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities developing client relationships expanding the company's market presence and securing new projects across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE construction and engineering consultancy market.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients developers contractors government entities and other industry stakeholders.
* Generate leads and secure new projects related to residential industrial and commercial buildings.
* Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company growth and revenue targets.
* Research market trends competitor activities upcoming projects and potential business opportunities.
* Prepare business proposals presentations prequalification documents and company profiles for prospective clients.
* Participate in client meetings networking events industry exhibitions and business development activities.
* Coordinate with technical and design teams to prepare project proposals and respond to client requirements.
* Maintain a database of prospective clients existing accounts leads and business development activities.
* Follow up on submitted proposals tenders and quotations to convert opportunities into confirmed projects.
* Support client negotiations and coordinate with management on commercial terms and contract requirements.
* Monitor project pipelines and provide regular business development reports to management.
* Build long-term client partnerships to improve customer retention and generate repeat business.
* Explore new market segments and expand the company's client base across Dubai Abu Dhabi and other UAE locations.
* Represent the company professionally and contribute to strengthening its market reputation.
Requirements
* Minimum **8 years of experience** in business development preferably within an engineering consultancy.
* Proven experience in the UAE construction and engineering consultancy market.
* Strong knowledge of residential industrial and commercial building projects.
* Established network of clients developers contractors and relevant industry stakeholders in the UAE.
* Demonstrated ability to generate leads develop client relationships and secure new business.
* Excellent communication negotiation presentation and interpersonal skills.
* Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the construction and consultancy industry.
* Proficiency in preparing business proposals presentations and client reports.
* Ability to work independently meet business targets and manage multiple opportunities.
