Qualifications & Experience Required
- Degree in Engineering, Science, Management or Business with 8-10 years of relevant experience
- Strong network and connection with landlords, property developers and investors is an advantage
- Good sense of market trends and industry dynamics
- Proven track record in sourcing and securing projects to ensure consistent business growth and to achieve revenue targets
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work with project teams and a talent for creative problem solving
- Clear thinking and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent spoken & written English, good in Cantonese and Putonghua
