Our client a leading provider of integrated facilities management solutions to multiple sectors in the UAE is looking for an ambitious and dynamic Business Development Manager ideally with facilities management experience. In this capacity you will be in charge of planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives generating leads and cold calling prospective clients in order to assure business growth across all areas of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create sales plan negotiating strategies and identify potential business deals
- Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies and deal requirements
- Monitor the bidding process evaluate pricing and ensure all documents are submitted on time
- Attend professional events conferences and meetings
- Develop quotes and proposals for clients
- Ensure that all authority requirements are met and followed
- Plan and prepare presentations for potential clients
- Oversee marketing literature development reports and provide management with feedback
- Maintain quality documentation and established standard operating procedures for all commercial activities
- Monitor employees KPIs prepare weekly reports and manage project pipeline
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or relevant field
- A minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in sales marketing facilities management or related sector
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
