Job Description

  • Communicating, Coordinating and collaborating with Government Offices to promote Burjeel Hospital
  • Representing Burjeel Hospital and its interests in the Government Departments.
  • Developing growth strategies and plans to improve targeted community business
  • Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients, increasing client/Patients base.
  • Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.
  • Researching business opportunities and viable income streams.
  • Writing business proposals.
  • Negotiating with stakeholders.
  • Following industry trends locally and internationally.
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts with Government functionaries to support the business development.
  • Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements.
  • Generate and manage the referral business from Government offices including those with captive medical centres
  • Develop Government tie-ups for Burjeel Wellness Center (Health Check-up program)
  • Facilitate the guests from the Government Department and maintain a cordial relationship.
  • Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
  • Assist in all events like CME, corporate & retail programs.
  • Assist the manager in the departmental administrative assignments.
  • Participation in the organization’s quality improvement and safety activities.
  • Develop department wise utilization and plan business development accordingly.
  • Work closely with corporate Business Development team for tactical and Burjeel Holding level marketing activities.
  • Promote and launch new doctors and to promote departments to enhance departmental and doctor level footfalls.
  • Promote complex surgeries with informative articles in media for doctors and speciality / department.
  • To liaise with the doctors for their Business Development and promotions.
  • Ensure to comply with the ADHICS standards and responsibilities.
  • Maintains and ensure Patient Health Information confidentiality at all times with regards to IT/ Other aspects.
  • Not to release any information / data/ records to anyone without the knowledge and approval of the concerned Supervisor/ HOD’s.
  • Responsible to maintain confidentiality in all matters according to ADHICS/ DOH/JCI Policy
