We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our Data and Analytics business unit. In this role you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our data and analytics solutions identifying new business opportunities and fostering relationships with clients and partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics business development and a proven track record of driving revenue growth in the data and analytics space.



Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of the business units strategic plan to drive growth and revenue in the data and analytics market.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the data and analytics space including market analysis client prospecting and partnership development.
  • Manage and lead the relationship with assigned vendors and distributors by acting as single point of contact for business reviews and any partnership s requirements.
  • Directly or through a team; manage and supervise any operation process related to the vendor s agreement that include lead registration discounts order placement incentive vouchers and rebates management through the announced vendor s channel or portals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their business needs and challenges and positioning our data and analytics solutions to address them.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including business development marketing and sales to drive the successful launch and adoption of data and analytics products and services.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations proposals and pitches to prospective clients showcasing the value proposition of our data and analytics solutions.
  • Drive the negotiation and closing of deals ensuring alignment with company objectives and financial targets.
  • Monitor market trends competitor activity and industry developments in the data and analytics space providing insights and recommendations to inform business strategy.
  • Coach and mentor team members providing guidance and support to help them achieve their professional and business goals.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our data and analytics offerings staying updated on product features capabilities and competitive positioning.
  • Represent the company at industry events conferences and networking forums to promote our data and analytics solutions and build thought leadership in the market



Requirements

Certification Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Business Administration equivalent.
  • Master s in business administration (preferred)


Skills:

  • Minimum of 7 years experience in business development sales or account management roles within the data and analytics industry.
  • Deep understanding of data concepts and platforms like snowflake data brick Microsoft stack etc
  • Experience with CLevel client relationship building and relationship management.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in the data and analytics space.


Personal Skills (MUST):

  • High sense of responsibility and ownershipacting like owner in what you do.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Being able to work on your own or in a team.
  • Being able to work to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain composure during stressful situation.
  • Handling many tasks & responsibilities.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.


Working Conditions:

  • Business travels could be required up to 50% covered by the company.
