Business Development Manager - Arabic Hindi Speaking Oil and Gas

Our client is a leading construction and engineering firm with a sterling reputation across the globe. Specializing in delivering topnotch construction projects they have carved a niche for themselves in the industry particularly known for their innovative solutions and dedication to excellence. As they continue to expand their operations an exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and ambitious Business Development Manager to join their team.

Other responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance business growth.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients including ADNOC clients.
  
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and valuable emerging markets.
  
• Lead negotiations and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
  
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective business strategies.
  
• Prepare reports on sales goals marketing activities and market research findings.
  
• Stay uptodate with industry trends market conditions and competitive activities.
  

Requirements

To be considered for this role you need to meet the following requirements:

• Nationality: Arabic speaking candidates are preferred; experienced Indian candidates are also welcome to apply.
  
• Qualification: Must hold a Bachelors degree or higher from a recognized university.
  
• Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in a reputed company preferably with exposure to ADNOC clients.
  
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and effectively managing client relationships.
  
• Excellent negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
