**Construction Building & Infrastructure Projects UAE**
We are looking for an experienced **Business Development Manager** with a minimum of **10 years of UAE construction industry experience**.
**Key Requirements:**
* Strong experience in business development for building civil and infrastructure projects.
* Established business relationships with major UAE developers consultants and main contractors.
* Good knowledge of UAE construction market project opportunities and client requirements.
* Strong experience in tendering estimation cost analysis and commercial proposals.
* Ability to identify new business opportunities secure project tenders and develop long-term client relationships.
* Experience in prequalification tender submissions and contract negotiations.
**Candidates must have a proven track record of securing construction projects in the UAE.**
