Job Description
Responsibilities
• Generate leads via Online platforms, Social Media platforms, Telephone, Video link, and Face-to-Face meetings.
• Pitch Recruitment (Staff Hiring) and HR services to the decision makers of new or existing clients
• Visiting clients by arranging appointments or walk-ins
• Maintaining fruitful relationships and establishing rapport with new and existing Clients
• Negotiating and renegotiating contracts with clients
• Generate revenue by closing deals in timely manner
