Job postingAbout the Company: We are an emerging IT Systems Integrator providing end to end solutions specializing in the area of Identification / security & Home automation systems supported by the industrys bestofclass technology BrandsWe have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager ELV Systems to be responsible for securing ELV installation (CCTV Surveillance Biometrics & RFID Physical Access Control systems Home Automation Gate Barriers and other related IT Security Services) projects across defined verticals by developing and strengthening relationships with high value clientele. This is a technocommercial role and will require expertise in cultivating new customer opportunities.What You Will DoSpecific roles and responsibilities include: Business Development Manager:We are looking for 4 years experience within sales and deep relationships in the UAE in below listed products & solutions.Specialize in growing customer verticals within commercial Surveillance Biometric & RFID Access Control Home Automation Gate Barriers and IT Security / Software Products and Services.Lead the sales cycle and company relationships as well as carrying out building surveys and system design with innovation and adaptability. Achieve growth and both Sales & GP targets set.Establish contact with potential customers fostering relationship development.Conduct meetings with clients to introduce our company and its services and follow up with introductory emails.Demonstration of products and solutions / Power point presentations.Generate inquiries by preparing and sending proposals quotations and contributing to tender submissions.Identify the need for new security technology solutions; designs reviews and collaborates on the deployment of new technologies / Solutions.Ensure customer satisfaction through timely response maintaining professionalism and ensuring efficiency.Report on sales actions achievements project status and forecasts influencing sales targets and strategy. Prepare internal weekly reports forecasts and routine reports as requested.Maintain positive relations with customers. Roles and ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunitiesCreate and execute strategic plans to meet sales targetsConduct market research to stay up to date with industry trendsPrepare and deliver presentations to potential clientsProvide exceptional customer service to maintain client satisfactionTrack and report on sales performance and market trends Desired Candidate ProfileProven track record of successful sales and business development experienceIndustryspecific knowledge and experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFlexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and prioritiesResultsoriented and customerfocused mindset
