- Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience within the commercial interior industry consistently achieving sales target.
- Deep knowledge of interior designing and the ability to independently engage with clients to understand requirements and make design pitches.
- Strong client relationship management; written and oral communication skills; negotiation and interpersonal skills; thorough knowledge of preparing commercials Ability to promptly collect all payments.
- Proven track record of independently growing market share and own client portfolio, including prominent consultants
- Technical Knowledge Experience in interior fit-out and furnishing projects.
