- Generating sales leads through maintaining and growing relationships
- Develop a proactive sales strategy and approach to business development, have a complete understanding of CSM Live’s core services and provide continuous updates on client and prospect activity.
- Target, build and maintain strong relationships – find the key decision makers – ensuring that CSM Live is viewed as the supplier of choice by meeting and exceeding expectations.
- Qualifying external new business opportunities and recommending agency resources to convert
