- Develop and execute business development strategies to identify and secure new real estate project management contracts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Managing Director to define and achieve business development goals.
- Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and stay at the forefront of the real estate market.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Lead negotiation efforts and work to close deals for real estate project management contracts.
- Monitor and report on the performance of business development activities to senior management.
Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in business development for real estate project management companies.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry, including market trends and key players.
