JOB OBJECTIVE
STATEMENT OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understands the company s service offerings and clearly communicates them to clients and prospective clients.
- Gets contacts of potential customers and generate leads and introductions via social media (e.g. Linked In), cold calling, emailing and internet search, and other means as required.
- Identify and qualify new customers as per companys requirements and business strategies.
- Coordinate appointments, calls and meetings between sales, technical and support and customers for discussing new opportunities, repeat sales and business expansions.
- Assists in the development and implementation of sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to align or update marketing strategies.
- Conducts market research and identifying potential clients.
- Create business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
- Maintain and regularly update the customer database, such as names, phone numbers and email addresses.
- Ensures that all business development activities are coordinated and executed in a timely manner.
- Provides support to the sales team on all aspects of the sales process
- Tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
