SCOPE OF ROLE
Client is an independent global trading desk with a mission to bring the benefits of technology in digital media to medium enterprises and other segments under served by traditional media agencies. We want to do this in a simple and transparent way. We see our work as connecting brands with consumers by leveraging data, technology and creativity.
As part of our expansion initiative, we are looking for a Programmatic trader based in India but managing campaigns for Singapore and other South East Asian markets. The Programmatic Trading Manager position will report to the head of operations in India.

Primary duties & responsibilities
.
Planning: Understanding the role of DSP in a campaign, setting the right goals, segmentation and targeting strategies and forecasting key deliverables
.
Operational: Campaign set up, following our trading desk processes (Briefing platform, creative upload, strategies set up)
.
Optimization: Campaigns metrics monitoring and optimizations toward our client goals (Branding, traffic, acquisitions),
.
Operational: Fraud detection, ensuring brand safety and Viewability.
.
Reporting and analytics: Updating the media planning team on campaign delivery, taking decision and making recommendations
.
Derive learning for continuous improvement during and after the campaign.

Follow up on new technology and offer in the market to maintain competitively among other players
Required Skills & Experience required
.
Good understanding of Digital ecosystem and performance marketing experience
.
Effective at juggling multiple, competing priorities and working in a fast-paced,
Open environment
.
Willingness to work collaboratively with teams in remote locations
.
Conceptual thinker with strong analytical skills
.
Attention to detail and a discipline
.
Experience of running campaigns on a DSP like DBM, MediaMath, AppNexus etc
Qualifications
.
Bachelors or above from an accredited university or college
.
Demonstrated outstanding academic achievement and proven track record of performance excellence both in and outside of the classroom.

Good spoken and written English
.
2+ years demonstrated success in digital trading desk, digital media or ad network
