Business Assistant, Nordic Investin Group (Middle East)

Nordic Investin Group is an investment and business group with companies in law and AI education including Lawgent and AIVERA GLOBAL. We build and invest in companies in Europe and the Middle East and we are now strengthening our presence in the region from Dubai.

As Business Assistant for the Middle East you work directly with the founder and help turn opportunities into real business. You find analyse and follow up business opportunities and investment cases across the region and you make sure the most promising ones move forward.

This is not a traditional assistant role. You think like a business developer take initiative and own your work from first contact to finished case.

• Identify business opportunities partners and investment cases in the UAE Saudi Arabia and the wider Gulf

• Analyse companies markets and deals and summarise them into clear decision material

• Build and maintain relationships with investors family offices founders and advisers

• Prepare and follow up meetings presentations and due diligence

• Keep track of the pipeline so that no opportunity is lost

• Support the group companies when they enter the Middle East market

• Has strong business sense and understands how deals are made

• Is analytical and can quickly get to grips with a company a market or a business case

• Is creative takes initiative and moves things forward without waiting to be told

• Has a structured way of working and can handle several cases at the same time

• Speaks and writes fluent English

• Have a background in finance investment consulting or business development

• Have a network in the Gulf region

• Speak Arabic

• You work side by side with the founder and see how a group of companies is built

• Real responsibility from day one and influence over which deals we do

• Exposure to law AI education and investment in one role
