- Work on-site with clients to align strategic goals and objectives
- Interpret our clients’ business needs and translate those needs into technology and operational requirements
- Interpret clients’ process flows or system diagrams and create future state versions that highlight the advantages of recommendations
- Lead large cross-functional workshops of 10-50 people for process analysis and architecture requirements gathering and, in conjunction with other team members, produce professional design documents
