Business Analyst

What will you do?

• Defining key business requirements with regards to data insights and reporting.
• Establish processes for ongoing monitoring of key metrics.
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance reporting capabilities and data analysis techniques.
• Communicate and present findings to business stakeholder
• Collaborate with different business teams to understand needs and requirements and to provide relevant data-driven recommendations
• Support the pricing manager in margin and pricing analysis and recommendations
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with relevant stakeholders
  

To be successful in this role, you have the following skills and qualities:

• Proven experience in a similar role (ca 2-3 years)
• Solid understanding and experience in data analysis
• Naturally curious with an implicit drive to understand underlying business processes and people
• Strong communicator and presenter
• The ability to translate complex data and processes into simple and concise answers
• Strong collaborator who can work with stakeholders from all levels and from diverse backgrounds
• Strong proficiency in Excel. Experience with PowerBI is a plus
  

What do we offer you?

• Salary €3.000 - €3.900 based on 40 hours and experience
• Flexible working hours: what time you start is up to you, your starting time is between 07.00 and 09.00
• Hybrid workplace: after you have been sufficiently trained, you can work from home on 2 days a week when working full-time. You don't have to, you are always welcome at the office
