2 years practical experience in FenX configuration

§ Overall, 8-9 years of business analysis experience in the field of CLM and KYC in banks

§ Understanding the customer joining journey with banks and compliance requirements

§ Experience in implementing digital projects preferably in customer onboarding, KYC/eKYC, end-to-end customer lifecycle.

§ Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

§ Ability to set priorities and execute tasks effectively in a high-pressure work environment and manage multiple and changing priorities at the same time.

§ Ability to enhance motivation within the project team to achieve challenging goals.

§ Good knowledge of project management and business analysis methodologies

§ Using frameworks and tools

§ Excellent planning and organization skills

§ Strong interpersonal and communication skills across diverse groups of people – verbal and written

§ Skills in preparing and presenting strong presentations

§ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio, and Project
