Business Analyst

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline.
• Proven experience and/or qualifications as a Business Analyst with a focus on process improvement and software solutions.
• Current Defence Security Clearance (Baseline, or higher)
• Experienced in the use of MS Office products, business process tools and complex applications.
• Experience in creation of flow and logic diagrams.

• Experience working in a Defence network/systems environment.

• Analytical Skills: Proficient in dissecting complex problems and extracting insights from data.
• Communication Skills: Strong ability to convey complex information to stakeholders effectively.
• Data Analysis: Skilled in collecting, cleaning, and analysing data to identify trends and insights.
• Project Management: Proficiency in ensuring objectives are met on time and within budget.
• Process Modelling: Capable of creating visual models of processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Knowledge of Process Management Methodologies: Familiarity with methodologies like Six Sigma for process optimisation.
